1. Return Eligibility:

   • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
   • Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for clarification before initiating a return.
2. Initiating a Return:
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 017-734 0629 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product(s) along with the original packing slip or proof of purchase, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. Feiyan Trading is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
   • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

   • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
